I am looking for places in NY that do top surgery that aren't expensive and just information in general.

Thanks for your question! Surgeons in NY do tend to be on the more expensive side. If you can travel to Michigan, Dr. Kenneth Wolf charges a little under $6000. He doesn't have any Top Surgery info on his website but he does quite a few Top Surgeries. Hope this helps!
