Two things does anyone know of any doctors that will do the top surgery without a letter the only one i could find moved to col and second dos anyone know of atop doctorthat is less that six thousand i hope someone can help have a good day live in indianapolis

Dr. Hope Sherie in NC and Dr. Elliot Jacobs in NY are two surgeons off the top of my head who will operate on informed consent. (Also, Dr. Mangubat in Seattle sometimes requires a letter.) Hope this helps!
