I got top surgery a week ago and i have the tubes and stuff out but they said i should leave the tape over the cuts for two weeks
its itchy as hell and my skin is greasy so they're starting to come off on their own
is it okay if they come off earlier than two weeks? as long as i keep it clean with neosporin and stuff??

Congrats on your surgery!
If there's any redness or swelling along with the itch it could be an allergic reaction to the tape. If not, just irritation. It's probably OK if they come off on their own, but to be certain it would be a good question for your surgeon.
