Dr Timothy Fee does not offer top surgery - noahkidding - 05-16-2014
I just called Dr. Fee's office and was informed that they do not offer top surgery. I suggest removing him as a surgeon from this website.

Thanks Noah! I'll follow up with Dr. Fee's office. He offered affordable top surgery in the past but it sounds like that's now changed.
