I'm looking for advice on a strong workout routine focusing in my pectoral muscles. I know a good workout hits your whole body and that will come in time, but I need to start somewhere and I want to start on my canvas the doc is going to work on.

You can't go wrong with push-ups! And there are many push-up variations you can work on.
