Hi Kayla! I've never done any crowd funding myself, so I can't recommend a specific service. If I were launching a campaign, I would look at fees closely and ask myself if I needed a service, or could I get by with a WordPress/Blogger blog with a PayPal link (and lower fees)? I would also look at what social sharing tools are offered. Ultimately though, the biggest factor for me would be fees as I would want to see as much of the donated funds as possible go directly to surgery costs. Hope this helps!
