Frustrating situation. On its own, a high T level isn't necessarily bad. Have the endos been looking at that plainly as a number that's out of range and needs to be dealt with, or are there other factors that indicate that your T levels get too high for health maintenance? You mentioned high hematocrit... really high or just out of range? If it's not too high, could that be managed otherwise, like blood donation?

Have the endos also considered a different dosing regimen? (ex. Xmg every 7 days vs. every 10 days.)

What about estriadol levels?

A hysterectomy might help resolve this if it's about a battle of E vs. T.
