Hey guys! I'm scheduled to have a consuult for phallo with Dr. Leis in Philadelphia in September. I chose him for a few reasons. I wanted it to be finished in 1 surgery, minimal scarring, no urethral lengthening(due to potential complications) and plus i already live in the Philadelphia area. It was a personal decision to sacrifice being able to stand and pee to have this surgery completed with the least possible complications. Have any of you guys had the abdominal flap surgery? I'm wondering what were your experiences and are you happy with your results?

I too am very interested in this possibility. I'm not sure if my body can go through the grueling process of the 'usual' procedures. I only found out about this one recently. I'm not fond of the idea of not being able to stand to pee, but I'm less fond of the idea of not getting a dick at all. My dysphoria is up to my neck and rising. I am too a bit scared of additional possible/probable complications from the lengthening. I'm more concerned about losing the vag and getting the scrotoplasty.

My other concern, and it may just be 'my' doctor - Berli - but he's fine with doing the abdominal flap surgery BEFORE any hair removal...that hit me kind of hard. It's one thing to have a stranger to electrolysis on my stomach, but to then have it on my dick...ah...no.....
