Very good points Joshua, I also think that maybe the dissatified people tend to be more vocal about their experience.

I talk with one guy from Alberta online, and he was fairly happy with the results.

Thanks for insight, it helps me from getting stuck in my internal negative mind loop.

Many people who have less satisfaction tend to disappear online so I was suggesting speaking with people in person, if possible, because it could provide a wider sample of experiences to gauge from.

There's so much to consider and it's easy to get bogged down in it all!!
