I definitely want good size when all is said and done. The larger my penis will be, the more satisfied I will be with it. I also want it brought forward and upward, something that I am aware not every surgeon does.

So basically just looking to find out who is the best to go to for that - money is not a problem, I managed to get both of the other surgeries done just one year ago so whatever I need to come up with for this one, I will be able to manage.
