Dr. Josef Hadeed, MD, FACS is a board certified surgeon who performs Female-to-Male Surgery procedures in Los Angeles, California and Miami, Florida, including Top Surgery, Body Sculpting and Facial Masculinization Surgery (FMS.)
Based in Beverly Hills, Dr. Hadeed operates at his private surgery center, 90210 Surgical Associates, and is also affiliated with four Los Angeles area hospitals: St. Johns Medical Center, UCLA Santa Monica Hospital, Olympia Medical Center and the Torrance Memorial Medical Center.
Dr. Hadeed offers three kinds of masculinization procedures: Chest Masculinization, Body Maculinization and Facial Masculinization.
To give trans men a masculine-looking chest, Dr. Hadeed can perform one of three different types of Top Surgery: Double Incision (with free nipple grafts), Peri-Areolar and Keyhole.
Using Liposuction, Body Masculinization reduces feminine-looking curves from areas of the body such as the thighs, hips and flank resulting in a male-looking body contour.
Though less common than Facial Feminization Surgery for trans women, Facial Masculinization Surgery achieves the same outcome for transgender men: the surgical transformation of facial features that helps to better align appearance and gender identity. FMS procedures provide a permanent solution for masculinizing the face.
