Procedures Offered

FTM Top Surgery

Chest masculinization, or FTM top surgery, reshapes the chest to create a flat, masculine contour while preserving or repositioning the nipples for natural appearance. Surgical approaches vary depending on chest size, skin elasticity, and patient goals, and may include double-incision mastectomy with free nipple grafts, keyhole procedures, or periareolar techniques. Top surgery improves chest appearance, reduces gender dysphoria, and enhances overall comfort in social and physical settings.

Body Masculinization

Body masculinization procedures enhance traditionally masculine contours through fat redistribution, sculpting, and selective augmentation. High-definition liposuction and fat grafting can define the shoulders, chest, abs, and arms. Abdominal etching or waist contouring can emphasize a tapered torso, and buttock or hip adjustments may reduce feminine curves. These procedures are tailored to each patient’s anatomy and goals, often performed in combination with top surgery or facial surgery to create a cohesive, masculinized overall appearance.

Facial Masculinization

Facial masculinization surgery uses a combination of procedures to create a balanced, masculine facial appearance. Bone work may include forehead and brow ridge augmentation with implants, bone grafts, or fillers; and jaw and chin augmentation using custom implants or grafts. Soft tissue procedures such as cheek and midface contouring, fat transfer, or fillers refine facial balance and strengthen masculine features. Masculinizing rhinoplasty adjusts nasal projection, tip rotation, and width to harmonize with the overall profile. Many patients benefit from patient-specific implants and virtual surgical planning, which use 3D imaging and simulation to optimize symmetry and proportions. When appropriate, multiple procedures can be performed in a single session under general anesthesia.

Masculinizing Hair Transplant Surgery

Hair transplant surgery can restore hair loss or create a more traditionally masculine hairline and scalp appearance. Common techniques include follicular unit transplantation (FUT) and follicular unit extraction (FUE), which allow precise placement of individual hair follicles to achieve natural density and direction. Patients may also combine hairline advancement, temple recession correction, and eyebrow or beard transplants to enhance overall masculinity. These procedures can be performed alone or in combination with other facial masculinization surgeries to create a cohesive, masculine aesthetic.
