Yes it did. Also oddly UTI’s. I also get
Smegma build up at times which is not pleasant
And hard to remove. I am very clean but it doesn’t matter.
Very sensitive at times.

I have had meta with urethral lengthening. I can tell
You about the bad and good side of it. Not to scare
anyone just my story. I had it done feb 2017.
It all seemed to well and then the urethral graph
died. I got where I could not pee well. I had
To have another suprapubic catheter in and
wait for repair. I have since had two stage
urethroplasty. Buffalo mucosal graph and
lots of discomfort. I can now pee ok standing.?
but have constant discomfort. I now do
Pelvic floor therapy to help with this. If it had
all gone well good decision. Now not so
much because of the stuff I have had to endure.
Very careful after surgery very clean. No
after care from SRS surgeon. I found
A great reconstruction surgeon who has helped
through this mess. ASK about aftercare and what happens
If things go wrong. Who will help where you live???Very important. I went to one of the best. Problems DO happen. Not fault of Doctor necessarily
but they should follow up and have a plan
for there patient. Mine did not. There is not
much research on ftm bottom surgery and no one
really talks about problems. Some sail
through with none but there are a lot more problems
then talked about I bet. Anyway, just ask questions
None of this is easy at least mine has not been.
