Does anyone know of Dr. James Parker or heard anything about anyone who has had surgery with him? I can't seem to find anything on him other than the fact that he does informed consent

I don't know much about him either. Yes, he does informed consent. Doesn't take insurance. Offers a "pedicled" procedure to retain sensation, similar to: http://www.topsurgery.net/procedures/but...urgery.htm There's one result on TransBucket.com, either Double Incision with nipple grafts, or his pedicled procedure. Sorry I can't offer more info!
