Hello, I have emailed Dr. Kenneth Wolf last week to try and schedule a consultation but haven't not heard anything. They said 24-48 hours but its been a week. Has anyone else had this problem?? Should I call or email again.

Yes, I would call or email them again. Emails sometimes get lost or accidentally sent to the junk folder. They may also be short staffed due to Thanksgiving.
