Hi everyone! My 17 year old son Chance is scheduled for top surgery in February and we are trying to raise money to help pay for it.  I don't want to give you our sob story about why we need help, but I will say that, like everyone here, the surgery is needed to help Chance feel more like himself and be comfortable in his own body.
