Hello! I go by Addison or Ivan and am a 20 year old trans masc non-binary guy. I’m about 1/3 of the way to afford my top surgery this summer! Two years ago I was hospitalized for an attempt, and since then have come a long way in my transition and in my understanding of myself. I’m grateful to have insurance that partially covers the surgery, but I need to pay $3,500 upfront. Me and my girlfriend are saving all that we can but we are both poor college students who don’t have much to spare. 

Anything helps! Even a dollar or just resharing my GoFundMe can make a big difference. I live in Utah where the anti-trans climate makes it hard to breathe sometimes, so thank you for the support.
