So, I am Em. I’m 19 and I’m just trying to find my way through life. I really need help funding this surgery... I’ve been losing hope that I will be able to have it. This top surgery would mean everything to me. I haven’t been the happiest person throughout life, I’ve hated my chest and always hid myself from others.
