No worries, mate! No detailed explanation given as to why I didn't get sensation. When I initially told my surgeon, he said "ALT doesn't get much sensation." I have some touch sensation, and quite a lot of pain sensation, but no erogenous sensation. I also have referred sensation, which is really weird: when I touch my groin (where the nerve hookup was done) and some places on my penis, I feel it... just above my knee! I have yet to come across anyone else who reports this.

That is weird. I haven't seen that anywhere either. Who was your original surgeon? I have wondered if I couldn't regain erotic sensation how I would feel about using my prior anatomy. I think it would be similar to you.

My surgeon was Dr. Jens Berli.

I'm surprised I haven't seen more people discuss uncomfortability from stimulating natal anatomy. It's just not something I've ever heard talked about. When questions about sensation are asked, people always respond with "don't worry, you'll still have your natal sensation."
