Dr. Rex E. Moulton-Barrett, MD is a double board certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon in California who has been performing FTM Top Surgery since 2010. Dr. Moulton-Barrett was educated in the United Kingdom and started practicing in California in 1989. He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. With offices in Alameda and Brentwood, Dr. Moulton-Barrett serves patients from all around the Bay Area, Walnut Creek, Oakland, and surrounding areas.
Dr. Moulton-Barrett performs Top Surgery as well as Body Masculinization Surgery (BMS) at the San Leandro Surgery Center. He also has privileges at several top hospitals in the area.
