Dr. Thomas Satterwhite, MD is a Plastic Surgeon in San Francisco works exclusively with transgender and non-binary patients. Body Masculinization Surgery - The goal of BMS is to masculinize body contours, by broadening the appearance of the chest and shoulders while slimming the waist using Liposuction techniques. The areas commonly treated to achieve this are:

Surgery Requirements
Patients are required to supply a letter of support from a mental health therapist, and a letter from the primary care physician or endocrinologist. A mammogram is required for Top Surgery patients who are 50 years and older. Dr. Satterwhite will operate on minors with parental consent.
